Driver's Education Saturday, September 11, October 9 or November 20
If you will be 15 years and 6 months old by the class date and have your permit, you are eligible for driver’s education this trimester. Each session includes: eight hours of classroom instruction completed on one of the dates listed and four, one and a half hour sessions of private behind-the-wheel segments. Once you register, download Academy of Driving form from our website. Send remaining payment and forms to the Academy of Driving at least 2 weeks prior to the class. Limited to 25 students per session. If you cancel, change or do not attend your Driver’s Education class, you must register for the class again. 9:00 am to 6:00 p.m., in the House 2 seminar room. Fee: A $15.00 registration fee is payable to Community Schools at the time of registration. A $330.00 fee is payable to the Academy of Driving. REGISTER NOW!

Cambridge SAT Prep Tuesdays, August 31- October 12 5:00-8:00pm
Do you have pretest jitters? Practice with real test questions, alleviate test anxiety, sharpen academic skills and manage your time better. This course will prepare you to quickly and successfully respond to all SAT question types. Cambridge Educational Services will provide you with all the course materials to help you prepare for the PSAT and Fall SAT. Intramural Tennis Mondays, Tuesdays and/or Wednesdays 3:30-5:00pm Begins September 7
Come out and have a good time playing tennis while you improve your skills. Participants should have a basic understanding of both rules and scoring of tennis. Please specify the days you would like to attend when you register. Instructor: Coach Salant and Coach Isaacman

Ping Pong Thursdays 3:30-5:00pm
Through hands-on participation, learn the rules, techniques and strategies of ping pong. Experience positive competition and understand the value of good sportsmanship while having fun with other ping pong enthusiasts. Instructor: Mr. Aguirre

Ryuseiken Batto Do Tuesdays 4:00-5:30pm August 24 - December 7
Batto-Do translates as “The way of the drawn sword”. It is a non-contact form of martial arts that unites the three areas of sword study. Class will focus on the basic stances, cuts and movements, as well as the sword, and history relating to the Japanese sword. This class is open to middle and high school students. New students will need to purchase a $20 wooden sword from the instructor at the first class. Returning students will need to purchase a $48 padded sword from the instructor at the first class.
