In addition to completing an application, all applicants must submit a current resume and a computer skills assessment form.

Applicants for certified positions must submit:
• Three professional letters of reference from teaching supervisors
   (if you have teaching experience)
• A copy of your Arizona Teaching Certificate (with SEI)
• A copy of your Education Proficiency Assessment test results
• A copy of your fingerprint clearance card
• A legible copy of your transcripts
