2016-2017 Online Registration


Welcome to the Catalina Foothills School District! We are delighted that you will be joining our community of learners. We know you have many educational options and we appreciate your decision to be with us!


2016-2017 General Online Registration Information (for resident families)

Resident families who are new to the district for the 2016-2017 school year will use Online Registration to register students for school.

Click here to begin the online registration process.

If you do not have access to a computer or the Internet, your child’s school will provide you with a computer during regular school hours to complete the online registration process.

The documents below will assist you in completing the online registration process.

Families who live within the district boundaries, but want to enroll a student(s) at a different school outside their attendance area must apply for Open Enrollment.

Documents Needed for Registration

• Child's birth certificate

• Immunization records

• Proof of residency (e.g., current utility bill, contract on house, lease agreement)

• Open enrollment acceptance letter (if applicable)

• Any records from previous school that will be helpful for class placement (e.g., report cards, test scores, gifted education placement scores, special education records - IEP and MEP, etc.)

New Open Enrollment Registration for 2016-2017

New Open Enrollment families will be notified by the Superintendent if a student has been accepted to a CFSD school through the Open Enrollment Program. Upon this notification of acceptance, the next step is to officially register your student for school using the district’s online registration process. The documents listed above will be needed to register your child for school.

You will be able to register your new-to-district student and submit the information electronically. The link to access Online Registration in the district’s ParentVUE portal is https://az-cfsd16.edupoint.com/Login_Parent_OEN.aspx.

Click the link under Create a New Account. Complete the steps of the new account creation process and click “Submit.” A confirmation message will be sent to your email account, which contains a link that allows you to complete the process for creating your account. Once your account has been created, you will be able to begin the online registration process.
